  • Business Day: A day when banking/payment networks operate in the processing region.
  • Payment Processor: Third-party service used to handle funds and compliance checks.

3) Operational Flows

Illustrative timelines for typical non-trading actions on Quotex.

3.1 Deposit Flow

  1. Initiation: User selects method and submits funds.

Local availability and limits may vary by jurisdiction.

  2. Processor Review: Fraud/AML screening by payment partner.

Additional info may be requested before crediting the balance.

  3. Crediting: Funds added once cleared; pending status shown until then.

Processing time: near-instant to 2 business days, method-dependent.

3.2 Withdrawal Flow

  1. Request: User submits payout to a verified destination.

Destination must match the verified account holder and method rules.

  2. Compliance Check: KYC/AML, source-of-funds, and risk screening.

Documents may be required or re-verified before release.

  3. Processing: Approval & transfer via payment processor.

Typical time: 0–5 business days; banking delays may apply.

4) Verification (KYC)

  • L0: Email/phone confirmed; limited funding/withdrawal.
  • L1: ID + selfie; higher limits; name must match payment credentials.
  • L2: Address + source-of-funds if requested; top limits.

5) AML / CTF Screening

All funding/withdrawal events may be delayed, refused, or reversed if risk indicators are triggered, including sanctions or PEP matches.

6) Fees & Limits

  • Processor fees, network fees, or bank charges may apply.
  • Method-specific min/max per transaction and daily/weekly caps.
  • Currency conversion uses processor or market rates.

7) Refunds

Refunds (if eligible) return to the original funding method only, net of fees, and after anti-fraud review. Trading losses are not refundable.

8) Chargebacks

Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension, debt assignment, reporting to processors, and recovery of associated fees.

9) Bonuses & Promotions

  • Bonus terms define turnover, lock, and expiry.
  • Abuse or multi-accounting voids bonus and profits therefrom.
  • Promotions can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

10) Inactivity & Dormancy

Accounts with no login or funding activity for a specified period may incur a dormancy fee or be archived as per policy.

11) Data & Security

We may require re-verification on suspicious activity. Keep credentials secure; do not share access with third parties.

12) Communications

Official decisions are communicated via in-app messages or registered email. Keep contact details current to avoid delays.

13) Jurisdiction, Sanctions & Restrictions

Services may be unavailable in certain countries/regions under local law or sanctions regimes. Quotex reserves the right to decline service where required by compliance obligations.

  • No service to minors (under 18).
  • Sanctioned persons/entities prohibited.
  • Regional method availability varies.

14) Dispute Resolution

For non-trading issues, contact Support first. If unresolved, disputes are handled in accordance with the jurisdiction specified in the Service Agreement.

15) Updates to These Rules

Quotex may amend non-trading regulations at any time. The latest version on the website supersedes prior versions.
