Important

Some local instruments (e.g., specific mobile wallets or cash agents) can be restricted by local law or network rules. We may require additional verification or decline availability to remain compliant.

4. Deposits

General rules:

  • Funds must originate from a payment method in your own legal name.
  • Minimum/maximum per transaction may apply and vary by method.
  • Processing time: usually instant to a few business days depending on channel.
  • We may place a hold while verifying transactions or compliance.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid out to verified methods in your own name. We may require KYC/AML checks, proof of source of funds, or additional authentication before releasing payouts.

  • Processing time typically ranges from same-day to 5 business days by method.
  • Minimum/maximum per transaction and per period limits apply.
  • Fees may be deducted by us or by the payout network/intermediary bank.
  • We may decline or delay if activity appears inconsistent or restricted by law.
  • Chargebacks, refunds, or compliance flags can affect eligibility and timing.

6. Fees & Charges

Fees vary by method, currency, and region. Third-party networks may charge additional fees.

8. Currency, Conversion & Rates

If your payment currency differs from your account currency, conversion applies. Indicative rates are shown where possible; the final rate is determined at processing time and may include a spread to cover costs and risk.

Rate Sources & Timing

Rates may use reputable market data providers with an applied spread. Volatility, network fees, and cut-off times can affect outcomes.

9. Refunds, Reversals & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are considered for duplicate or erroneous deposits to the original method.
  • Processing time depends on networks and can take several business days.
  • Where a chargeback is filed, we may freeze funds pending resolution.
  • Evidence (receipts, statements, screenshots) may be required.
  • Abuse of chargebacks or fraud attempts can lead to account restrictions.

10. Compliance & Prohibited Use

We comply with applicable KYC/AML, sanctions, and payment network rules. We do not support illegal, unlicensed, or prohibited transactions. Availability is subject to your location and applicable law.

You must not use payments for:

  • Fraud, money laundering, or sanctions violations.
  • Unlawful gambling or unlicensed financial services.
  • Misrepresentation of identity or third-party methods not in your name.

Third-Party Processors

We may use vetted processors and authorized partners. Their terms may also apply, and network outages can affect timing.

Regional notice

Certain local payment instruments (e.g., specific mobile wallets) are offered only where expressly permitted by law and partners’ rules. We may require additional verification or decline such methods at our discretion.

11. Disputes & Support

  2. We will acknowledge receipt, investigate, and update you within a reasonable timeframe.
